Bluegrass Hearing is proud to be a sponsor of Lexington’s longest-running outdoor concert and we’re pleased to be back for the 2024-2025 season. Picnic With The Pops has enjoyed a success run of over four decades and celebrated its 43rd anniversary this past year with a complete sell-out and record attendance of over 5,000 for the 2023 event.

Held on the grounds of Keeneland, a national historic landmark, the future is promising for another evening of music, food and fun as guest artist performances are presented in collaboration with The Lexington Philharmonic.

TABLE DECORATING CONTEST

The annual Table Decorating Contest has long been a highlight of Picnic with the Pops! Guests are encouraged to follow any fun and festive decorating motif that fits within the theme of the evening: “Kings, Queens and Prince of Rock.”

To participate in the Table Decorating Contest, you must register by 6 p.m. at the Table Decorating Contest Tent.

THEMED COCKTAIL CONTEST

Craft a classic cocktail fit for a King, Queen, or Prince (of Rock!). Drinks are judged on taste, sight and name, so get creative!

To participate in the Cocktail Contest, you must register at the “Cocktail Contest” Tent, located to the left of the stage. To enter, please bring 3 samples of your drink to the Cocktail Contest Tent between 5:30-6:30 p.m.

THEMED COSTUME CONTEST

Summon your best version of Prince, Tina Turner, Elvis, Michael Jackson or Queen for our annual Costume Contest!

To participate in the Costume Contest, you must register between 5:45-7:15 p.m. at the Costume Contest Tent, located to the left of the stage.
